Google Launches New Travel Features to Help Save Money and Maximize Trips
Google has launched a range of new features aimed at helping travellers save money and maximise their trips.[0] The tools are focused on three key areas: flights, hotel bookings and local attractions. Google Flights is offering a “Price Guarantee” badge, which promises to refund the difference if the cost of a ticket falls after it has been booked.[1] The guarantee is currently only available for flights departing from the US.[2] The company has also introduced a feature on mobile search that allows users to swipe through full-screen images of hotels, and a desktop feature that automatically organises recently searched locations by city.
